Dennis Quaid is set to play the cigar wielding ex-president in a new HBO special about former British prime minister Tony Blair’s relationship with former president Clinton.

The feature hasn’t been green lighted by HBO yet as they’re looking to work with the BBC on the project.

The filmmakers told a British tabloid:
“Everything that happened pre-9/11 is now Jurassic history, and we’ve completely forgotten it and therefore to explore what happened 10 or 15 years ago is really, really interesting.”

Well, that remains to be seen.
